From 1992, the former farm buildings were converted into office and light industrial units.

The units have planning permission for B8 (storage), B1 (office and light industrial) and B2 (general industrial) uses.

Historic barn

This lovely barn, originally for threshing corn and dating from the seventeenth century, is now used as an office and workshop.

The former tractor shed and workshop have been converted into modern office/light industrial premises.
